How is a session run?
A yoga session at Eroline is an experience dedicated to delving into a specific topic, in a relaxed and friendly setting. Each meeting helps you better understand certain aspects of yoga and integrate them into your own practice.
It is also a good opportunity to meet people with similar concerns, to share experiences and to be part of a community where you can feel at ease.
Whether you are just starting out in yoga practice or already have some experience, our variety of sessions will always give you something valuable.

What sessions do we offer?
The sessions take place in groups of 4-5 people

The essence of femininity - yoga for women
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga in which postures are maintained for longer periods of time. It helps improve flexibility and stretches the connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia of the entire body. It also stimulates circulation in the joints and is a great way to practice peace of mind. Yin Yoga also helps regulate the flow of energy in the body.
It is a nourishing practice, suitable for all levels.
Emotional Well-being yoga
A balanced practice, meant to invigorate and relax you, a class that brings you a lot of stability and helps you eliminate the constant stress of everyday life.
The class takes place in two stages: a first part dedicated to yoga postures (asanas), meant to stretch and relax the body in depth, followed by a second part dedicated to meditation.The meditative element is carried out either sitting on pillows or lying down, using various techniques of mindful breathing, meditation and visualization, designed to quiet the senses and bring the mind's attention to the heart. It is a practice that helps you enter a state of calm and balance, so that you end the day feeling recharged and regenerated.
The class is suitable for all levels.


Candle light yoga
A candlelight yoga session is a soothing practice, carried out in warm candlelight. It is perfect for relaxation, with slow flows, deep stretches (such as Yin) and postures designed to reduce stress, calm the mind and create a calm and sacred atmosphere, conducive to inner reflection and balance of the nervous system. The session can also include breathing techniques and gentle movements, to easily transition from everyday chaos to silence and calm.
The class is suitable for all levels.
Private 1-on-1 sessions
A private session is the perfect way to deepen your practice and work on the specific areas that interest you.
During the sessions we perform Hatha Yoga and pranayama techniques designed to balance the chakras, but also supported by theoretical clarifications to better understand each technique and, of course, we adapt the sessions to your personal needs. For real and long-lasting effects, we recommend sessions of at least once a week as a frequency and we personally assist you in the correctness of the techniques approached.
The practice of yoga is the basic element for a more aware, more relaxed and fulfilled life, and for the discovery of inner energetic, vital, emotional and spiritual resources.
We invite you to these private sessions where we adapt to the level you are at and discuss beforehand what techniques to approach together.

⚠️ All you need during the sessions is the state of inner openness, a loose clothing that allows you to perform specific exercises (recommended to be made of natural materials) and a bottle of spring water
