My dear, I have a question for you: when was the last time you touched your breasts in a way that had nothing to do with someone else’s eroticism or expectation?
Many times, touching your breasts is associated with sexuality or your lover’s desire rather than care and tenderness towards yourself. But how about trying a little experiment together?
Now place your palms gently over your breasts. Gently grasp them and feel the warmth of your hands enveloping your chest. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply through your mouth. Allow yourself a moment of gratitude for this part of your body. Take another deep breath and let go of everything you have in your heart… How do you feel when you look at yourself like this, gently? Do you feel how you find yourself?
I remember my first yoni massage session: the therapist massaged my breasts for 15 minutes. I felt the body relax, the soul calm down and, gradually, a state of love awakened in me that was no longer related to anyone in particular. It was a rare experience — a combination of relaxation, safety and rediscovery.
In those moments I realized something essential: how difficult it was for me to receive. To receive attention and tenderness without immediately feeling the need to give something in return. I understood then that receiving requires abandonment, trust, and gentleness — it is, indeed, an art that we learn step by step.
I then wanted to be able to continue this ritual at home, as a tender self-grooming of my breasts. And this is where my invitation to you begins: take a moment and ask yourself gently:
✨ How is your relationship with your breasts actually like?
✨ Do you offer them a few moments of silence and listening?
✨ Have you ever wished it was different — bigger, firmer, different?
✨ Have you had times when you criticized them or felt ashamed of them?
Often we ourselves put huge pressure on our body, we want it to be different from what it really is. But today I invite you to take a step in the opposite direction: to fall in love with your breasts exactly as they are.
For me, it was deeply healing to begin to discover the unique energy of my breasts, become aware of it, and let it express itself. I understood that breasts are not only a physical part of the body, but also a subtle center of femininity, tenderness and love.
Here are some ways you can start falling in love with your breasts:
🌸 Introduce a meditative breast massage, daily or whenever you feel the need.
🌸 Check your posture: relax your shoulders, open your chest, take a deep breath.
🌸 Say positive messages out loud: “I love my breasts. They carry tenderness, strength and beauty. They are perfect and beautiful just as they are.”
🌸 Allow yourself a day without a bra and observe how your body feels.
It all starts with a small but meaningful choice. What is the gift you will give yourself today?
