Yoni Circle
Yoni Circle was born from the experience of the women we have worked with over time, from their shared emotions, from all those thoughts and worries that do not always find the right words. This series of meetings, which we have called "YONI CIRCLE", is a sacred space of femininity, a space where you will be received with gentleness, listened to with an open heart and honored for all that you are.
Why "Yoni circle"?
The Yoni is the portal of our femininity – the gateway through which we can most easily connect with our emotions, with our creative energy, with our deep essence. There dwells our feminine creative power, there we should return to access our inner resource and the source of strength and joy.
Many times, when we go through painful or unpleasant experiences and do not allow ourselves to fully feel them or understand them in order to free ourselves from them, our body begins to preserve them. And without realizing it, all these emotions turn into blockages, usually in the most sensitive areas, at the level of the belly, the yoni and the heart.
These blocks in time slowly undermine our confidence, vitality, ability to feel pleasure and love. The door to the natural experiences of femininity gradually closes: openness, joy, fulfillment, ecstasy.
Yoni Circle is a safe and gentle space where we gather to open this door, step by step, together. Through mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, and mindful touch, we return to who we are. And maybe, for the first time in a long time, here with us in this space, you will feel at home in your womb again.
