Awakening Shakti

Shakti is the living energy that pulsates in everything that exists, the force through which life creates, moves and transforms. In the woman's body, this energy manifests itself as sensitivity, vitality, creativity and the ability to feel life deeply. It is the inner force that helps it to love, to open up, to create and to regenerate. The more this energy is allowed to flow freely, the more alive, the more open and connected the woman feels with the joy of living.

Many times, when we go through painful or unpleasant experiences and do not allow ourselves to fully feel them or understand them in order to free ourselves from them, the body begins to preserve them. Without realizing it, these emotions turn into blockages, usually in the most sensitive areas of the being: in the womb, in the heart and in the inner space of femininity.

These blockages end up, over time, slowly undermining our confidence, vitality, ability to feel pleasure and love. The door gradually closes to the natural experiences of femininity: openness, joy, fulfillment and ecstasy.

Awakening Shakti is a safe and gentle space where we gather to open this door, step by step, together. Through mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, and mindful touch, we return to who we really are.
