Users of the Website do not have the right to download, modify the Website in whole or in part, reproduce the Website in part and/or in its entirety, copy, distribute, sell or exploit the Website in any other manner contrary to the interests of LUX LIBERTATIS S.R.L regardless of whether there is a commercial purpose or not.
Any content (including, but not limited to, databases, graphics, trademarks, legal content) are the intellectual property of LUX LIBERTATIS S.R.LL. The entire Site is protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, and for any infringement of intellectual property, we reserve the right to notify the competent courts for the full recovery of the damage, as well as to file a criminal complaint with the judicial bodies for the criminal liability of the perpetrator.
FINAL CLAUSES
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you. and us with respect to the subject matter of any Agreement and supersedes any other agreement, any other prior oral or written understanding between you. and us.
This Agreement is binding. You may not transfer, assign, encumber, or otherwise alienate this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations. arising therefrom, without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, encumber, subcontract or otherwise alienate a Contract or any of our rights or obligations under the Agreement.
This Agreement, as well as any use of the Site, shall be governed by Romanian law. Any dispute between us will be submitted to the Romanian courts for resolution.

LUX LIBERTATIS S.R.L cannot be held responsible for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors: busy periods, special weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, calamities, street demonstrations or other special situations that could prevent the fast courier from delivering on time, which is why LUX LIBERTATIS S.R.L will not pay compensation for the damages caused by the failure to deliver the products on time.

Return Policy
According to art. 9 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 2014 The Buyer / User has 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, i.e. to return the product without justifying their decision.
In order to make the return, it is necessary to present the tax receipt or the tax invoice on which the product to be returned is written.
In order to complete the return, it is necessary to provide the identification data (name, surname, home address), according to art. 319 of the Fiscal Code, and to sign the payment order, in the case of cash returns.
If the products you have purchased are not suitable for the purpose for which you purchased them, LUX LIBERTATIS S.R.L offers you the possibility of returning them in order to exchange or refund their value.
To be accepted for return, the products must be new (not used). If the products are sealed, please do not break their seal. (according to art. 16 of OU 34/2014).
The transport of the products will be done at your expense. LUX LIBERTATIS S.R.L reserves the right to analyze and decide to refund the entire value of the return for each request.
The Buyer/User has several possibilities to return a product:
Making an online return:
If you wish to return the product and receive its value, please send us the request to the contact@eroline.ro email address, along with the following information: name and surname, order number, IBAN, bank account holder name, bank name, bank address, reason for the return.
The parcel is sent to the address: STR. NĂSĂUD, NR.7, BL.23, SC. A, AP.1, Bucharest
If you want us to take over the return parcel from you, through the courier with whom we have a contract, please ask us to do so in writing, the value of the transport will be deducted from the value of the products that will be refunded to you.
In case you want to exchange the product for another or for warranty issues, please send us your request to the email address erolinespace@gmail.com together with the following information: name and surname, order number, phone number, reason for the return.
If the product does not have warranty problems, the return of the products will be made at your expense through the courier designated by LUX LIBERTATIS S.R.L or through a courier of your choice.
*The money is transferred to the Buyer's/User's account within 14 working days, depending on the bank. The 14 days are calculated from the moment the return is processed.
We do not accept parcels returned by Romanian Post or parcels with payment to the recipient.
