Cocoa ceremony
for women in Bucharest
A space full of relaxation, flavor and meaning in which you can discover yourself and return to yourself
CEREMONIAL COCOA
A space where you can turn to yourself
There are times in life when you feel like you need more than a break. You need a space where you can slow down, breathe, and really listen to yourself.
Between day-to-day responsibilities, relationships, family, career, and constant worries, it's easy to lose touch with your own emotions. Sometimes we feel that we have all the answers for others, but we no longer know what we need.
The ceremonial cocoa ceremony is an experience of introspection and inner reconnection, dedicated to women who want an authentic moment of silence, clarity and presence.
During these meetings we create a safe, warm and non-judgmental space, where each woman can explore what she feels, can look more gently at herself, discover her own answers or find inspiration and resolution through constructive communication or the exercises we do.
The ceremonies are organized within the Eroline Tantric Massage Salon Bucharest, in an intimate and discreet setting, where femininity, authenticity and self-care are respected and encouraged.
Whether you are going through a period of transformation in which you are looking for solutions, or you feel the need to better understand your emotions or you simply want a few hours dedicated exclusively to yourself, the cocoa ceremony can become a deep experience of reconnecting with your own heart.

Who are cocoa ceremonies for?
These cocoa ceremonies are dedicated to women who feel the need to slow down and give themselves time for themselves.
You may find yourself in one of the following situations:
• you feel that you need more clarity in a difficult period;
• you want to better understand what you feel;
• you need a space where you can be listened to without being judged;
• you feel that you have lost touch with yourself;
• you want to reduce stress and mental agitation;
• you are looking for authentic experiences of personal development and self-knowledge;
• You want to meet women who share similar values and intentions.
You don't need to have experience in meditation or spiritual practices. The ceremony is suitable both for women who are at the first contact with this type of experience, and for those who want to deepen their connection with themselves.
In a world where we are used to being evaluated, compared or rushed, we believe that one of the most valuable gifts we can give is a space where you feel safe.
A space where emotions are welcome. In which tears should not be hidden. In which laughter comes naturally. In which silence is not uncomfortable. And in which no one tries to tell you who you should be.
For us, this is the true essence of a ceremony.
What is ceremonial cocoa?
Ceremonial cocoa is the purest and least processed form of the beans of the Theobroma cacao tree, keeping intact the natural cocoa butter and a large part of the bioactive compounds that give it its nutritional properties and beneficial effects on the body.
Unlike cocoa powder or commercial chocolate, ceremonial cocoa is not alkalized and does not go through intense industrial processes that remove a large part of the active substances. It is prepared by traditional methods, in which the beans are fermented, dried and ground slowly, without the extraction of cocoa butter.
The result is a dense paste rich in flavonoids, theobromine, magnesium, and numerous other natural compounds.
Traditionally, the drink is prepared only with water and spices such as cinnamon or cayenne pepper, without sugar and without milk, to preserve the authentic character of the plant and its natural properties.
The scientific name of the tree, Theobroma cacao, was given in the eighteenth century by the botanist Carl Linnaeus and literally means "food of the gods".
The name reflects the deep respect that the civilizations of Central America had for this plant, considered one of nature's most precious gifts.
For the Mayans and Aztecs, cocoa was a symbol of vitality, fertility, prosperity and openness of heart. Cocoa beans had such a high value that they were even used as a bargaining chip and were offered during the most important ceremonies.
Today, ceremonial cocoa continues to be valued for its ability to support introspection, presence, and emotional openness, being used in ceremonies held around the world.
Where does the tradition of cocoa ceremonies come from?
The tradition of cacao ceremonies has its roots in the ancestral cultures of Central and South America, especially in the Mayan and Aztec civilizations, where cacao was considered a sacred plant and was present in rituals, celebrations and ceremonies dedicated to the community.
For these civilizations, cocoa was not only seen as a valuable food, but as a symbol of life, prosperity, fertility and the connection between humans and nature.
Cocoa beans were so prized that, at certain times, they were even used as a currency.
Over time, numerous legends have emerged about the origin of the cocoa tree, one of the best known being that of the Spirit of the Cocoa Tree.

The Legend of the Spirit of the Cacao Tree
One of the most beautiful legends speaks of the Spirit of the Cocoa Tree, represented in the form of a female goddess.
It is said that in the cocoa tree lived a goddess with dark skin like ripe beans, with almond-shaped eyes and a maternal, calm and compassionate presence.
It symbolized fertility, love, beauty, abundance, and the creative force of nature.
Legend has it that the goddess helped Quetzalcoatl offer the cacao tree to people and asked him to plant it in hard-to-reach places, on the heights of the mountains, so that people would learn to seek it out of respect and gratitude, not out of greed.
Another part of the legend says that the goddess made a promise full of symbolism:
Whenever people lose touch with their own heart, forget love, or stop respecting nature, the Spirit of the Cacao Tree will leave the jungle and come back among people to remind them of the way to the heart.
It is a story passed down from generation to generation, which continues to inspire many of the modern cocoa ceremonies today.
Why is cocoa called "Heart Medicine"?
In contemporary traditions, ceremonial cocoa is often called "Heart Medicine" or "Heart Medicine".
This expression does not refer to a medical treatment or to therapeutic properties in a clinical sense.
She describes the symbolic role that cocoa has in ceremonies: that of creating a favorable context for introspection, emotional openness, compassion and reconnection with one's own inner world.
For many people, the ceremony is an opportunity to slow down, become more present, and listen to their emotions in a safe and supportive space.
Modern Cocoa Ceremonies
Today, cocoa ceremonies are organized all over the world and combine the inspiration of ancestral traditions with contemporary practices such as guided meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and inner reflection.
Each facilitator builds their own way of guiding the experience, but the intention remains the same:
creating a space where people can reconnect with themselves, their emotions and what is really important in their lives.
During the ceremonies organized at Eroline Bucharest, ceremonial cocoa is integrated into an experience dedicated exclusively to women, in which the emphasis falls on presence, authenticity, introspection and mutual support in a safe and non-judgmental setting.

Why is ceremonial cocoa different from regular cocoa?
At first glance, all cocoa products may seem similar. In reality, the way of processing makes a significant difference in both taste and nutritional composition.
Commercial cocoa is usually intensively processed. In many cases, natural cocoa butter is extracted, and the final product may contain sugar, milk, or other ingredients that alter the plant's natural properties.
Instead, ceremonial cocoa is obtained by traditional methods, with a minimum degree of processing, retaining a large part of the natural compounds present in the cocoa beans.
Ceremonial cocoa:
✔ preserves natural cocoa butter;
✔ is minimally processed;
✔ contains a higher concentration of bioactive compounds;
✔ it is prepared according to traditional methods;
✔ It has an intense, authentic taste and a rich texture.
Thanks to this way of preparation, ceremonial cocoa better preserves its nutrient profile and the natural characteristics of the plant.
The cocoa ceremony is more than a drink
Many people think that a cocoa ceremony is just about consuming a special drink. In reality, cocoa is only one of the components of the experience.
Equally important are the intention with which you participate, the space created within the group, the breathing exercises, the guided meditation, the moments of silence and reflection, as well as the openness to your own inner experience. Cocoa doesn't "do the work" for us.
It can accompany the experience and sustain a state of presence, but each person lives the ceremony in a unique way, depending on the intention with which he comes and his own inner process.
Ceremonial cocoa is appreciated not only for its authentic taste, but also for its composition rich in bioactive compounds. Due to the minimal way of processing, it retains a large part of the natural substances present in the cocoa beans.
Among the most studied compounds are theobromine, flavonoids, magnesium, phenylethylamine, and tryptophan, each of which has a different role in supporting the normal functioning of the body.
Important: The cocoa ceremony is an experience of personal development and introspection. It is not a medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic act and does not replace the treatments recommended by the doctor or other specialists.

Benefits of drinking ceremonial cocoa
Consumed responsibly and in adequate quantities, ceremonial cocoa can be part of a balanced lifestyle and contribute to:
✔ supporting the natural energy level;
✔ intake of antioxidants with a role in protecting cells against oxidative stress;
✔ supporting the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system;
✔ important intake of magnesium and other essential minerals;
✔ supporting attention and concentration;
✔ a state of vitality and presence;
✔ a moment of slowing down and reconnecting with oneself during the ceremony.
During the cocoa ceremonies organized by us in Bucharest, many participants equally appreciate both the natural properties and the safe setting, the breathing exercises, the guided meditation and the supportive atmosphere created in the group.

Why do many women choose to attend a cocoa ceremony?
Beyond the drink itself, the ceremony offers something that we often forget in the daily hustle and bustle: the time given to oneself.
No phones. Without the pressure to perform. Without the roles we carry every day.
Just a few hours in which you can listen to your emotions, observe your thoughts and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive space.
For many women, this is the true gift of the ceremony.
Over time, women have come together in circles to share experiences, support each other, and find strength in the community. Today, although we live in a world more connected than ever, many of us feel more alone, overwhelmed and less listened to.
A women's circle is not a place where you have to be different or prove something. It's a space where you can be exactly as you are. You can talk. You can cry. You can laugh. Or you can choose to stay quiet.
They are all natural forms of expression and are respected.
During the ceremonies organized at Eroline Bucharest, we want every woman to feel that she is listened to with respect, without comparisons, without competition and without judgment.
We believe that the simple fact of being in a group where authenticity is welcome can become, for many participants, one of the most valuable parts of the experience.
How does a cocoa ceremony take place at Eroline Bucharest?
Every ceremony is different because each woman comes with her own story, her own emotions, and her own intention.
However, meetings follow a structure that creates a safe, relaxing, and suitable space for introspection.
There is no pressure to speak, share, or live the experience in a certain way. Everything that happens during the ceremony is respectfully guided by the rhythm of each participant.
Every ceremony is different, but the experience usually includes:
• a safe and intimate space;
• establishing a personal intention;
• consciously enjoying the ceremonial cocoa drink;
• guided meditation;
• breathing exercises;
• music and quiet moments;
• introspection practices;
• exercises to connect with oneself and with the group;
• integration of experience and, for those who wish, sharing of feelings.
In the traditions from which this practice originates, it is said that the Spirit of the Cacao Tree responds to the intention with which you enter the ceremony. That's why every experience is different.
For some, the ceremony brings peace and reconciliation, for others it opens up new perspectives, supports emotional healing processes or facilitates a deep reconnection with their own heart and what is really important in their lives.

What can a cocoa ceremony give you?
We created these ceremonies because we saw how many women forget to put themselves first.
If for a few hours we can create a space where a woman feels listened to, seen and safe, then we consider that we have fulfilled our mission. We hope that each participant will go home a little closer to herself than she came.
Each woman comes with her own story and leaves with her own experience.
Therefore, we cannot say what you will feel or discover.
But many participants describe that, after the ceremony, they were left with:
✔ a deep sense of tranquility;
✔ well-being and more vitality;
✔ More clarity when you're feeling overwhelmed or confused.
✔ a more authentic connection with one's own emotions;
✔ inspiration for the next steps in their lives;
✔ more compassion for oneself;
✔ the feeling that they have given themselves valuable time, just for themselves;
✔ the joy of having been in a circle of women in which they felt safe and accepted.
The values we are guided by
Every ceremony organized at Eroline is built around simple but essential values.
- Respect for every woman and her own story.
- Confidentiality and discretion throughout the experience.
- The freedom to participate at your own pace.
- Acceptance without judgment.
- Authentic presence and listening.
- Moments of feminine pampering.
- Care for the well-being of each participant.
These values create the framework in which many women choose to return to the next ceremonies.
Why do we sometimes feel the need to turn to ourselves?
We live in a world where we are used to always being available. For the family. For the partner. For children. For colleagues. For friends.
We learn to take care of others, but we often forget to ask ourselves how we really are. Not because we don't care.
But because the pace of life pushes us to move forward, even when we feel like we need a break. Sometimes, this break does not mean a vacation.
It means a few hours in which you don't have chores to solve. Don't prove anything. Not to be for anyone else. Just for you.
The cocoa ceremony is, first of all, an invitation to this meeting with yourself. Not to become someone else.
But to remember who you are when the noise outside calms down.
Our Mission
We want every woman who crosses the threshold of Eroline for a ceremonial cocoa in Bucharest to feel that she is received with respect, listened to carefully and encouraged to be authentic.
We believe that self-care is not a luxury. It is a form of responsibility towards one's own life. And when a woman reconnects with herself, this change is reflected in her relationships, in the choices she makes, and in the way she lives.
That is why we organize these ceremonies. Gently. Respectfully. And with gratitude for every woman who chooses to join us.
What the participants say
Elena
I didn't expect a cacao ceremony to bring me so close to myself.
I came with many questions and with the feeling that I have to find answers outside of myself. During the ceremony I realized that I had actually moved away from my own heart. I spent my energy trying to be enough for others, but I had forgotten to be present for myself.
Nadia
It was a profound experience, in which I felt that there was a lot of silence inside. There were no spectacular revelations, but rather a simple and profound understanding: that I deserve love without proving anything, and that everything I was looking for already existed in me.
I left the ceremony with gratitude and with the feeling that I was back home, in my own soul.
Ana Maria
For me, the cocoa ceremony was a moment of liberation.
Emotions surfaced that I didn't even realize I had been carrying for so long. I let them express themselves without resisting them, and in the end I was not left with sadness, but with a deep state of peace.
